Inprise Releases Update Pack #2 For Delphi 4

Inprise made its second update pack for Delphi 4 available
on its web site today (see Delphi Downloads).
The update is available for all Delphi versions.
The update includes the following changes:
- Improvements to the IDE
- Performance improvements for the debugger
- Fixes for the VCL
- Improvements to the CORBA performance
- New DB2 SQL Link driver
- Improved docking support
- Version 3.0.3 of QuickReport
